Quality Assurance

We take utmost care to ensure your orders are delivered in perfect condition. For perishable items like meat, special insulated boxes with ice packs are used during hot weather.

Delivery Fees

- Standard fee: 4,000₩ per package (up to 20kg)

- Delivery to islands: 6,000₩ per package (up to 20kg)

- Free delivery on orders over 99,000₩

Delivery Timelines

- Orders placed before 6 PM (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery

- Orders placed after 6 PM on Friday and during the weekends, will be dispatched on Monday

- Deliveries within mainland South Korea: 1-2 working days

- Deliveries to islands (including Jeju-do): up to 1 week
